1. Shipping rates
The transport price includes three components.
1 The price of the actual transport which is presented below and which differs depending on the courier company
2 The cost of transport insurance - 1% of the value of the package
3 Extra weight. If the package exceeds 1 Kg, add 4 lei for each additional Kg
Delivery to the U.E. - 99 lei ~ 22 euros (DHL courier - 1-2 days)

The average delivery time by courier is displayed on the first page of the site and is dynamic depending on the number of orders received
Delivery time is measured in working days.
The maximum delivery time is 15 days. By "delivery" we mean the date on which the package leaves us and not the date on which it reaches the buyer. Courier transit times are 1-4 days.
In exceptional cases we reserve the right to increase the delivery time. In this situation the client will be informed as soon as possible.

The return of the products is made to SC SITA RAM SRL str. Nicolae Titulescu nr 4 Cluj_napoca- Cluj with the same carrier with which you received the package (Fan Courier, DPD, TNT, Urgent Cargus). DO NOT ship through the parcel service of the Romanian Post.
